Paige Spradling is the President of Citizen Electric, and holds the licensing requirements for the company, which includes both C-10 Electrical and A General Engineering licenses. He has been in the electrical industry for 20 years, and has held the title of Vice President and President for 14 of those years. Understanding the need for a diversified electrical contractor in California, he directed the company to work with such clients as Brown Construction, Huff Construction, UC Construction, HMH, B&D United Builders, Feather River Construction, McDonald Glenn, Pickett Construction, Advent Companies, AKF Development, Inland Group, and many more. He also saw the need for a premier service company that could not only respond to Citizen Electric calls 24 hours a day, but a service company that would provide professionalism and honest installs for home owners and business owners alike. Filling that niche, the service department was formed.

Organizing several key personnel from organizations such as Sasco, Helix, Cupertino, and AC Electric, Paige formed Citizen Electric to not only provide quality install for typical commericial and apartment projects, but also specialize in complex and special projects, such as mixed use and dry utility.
Citizen Electric has provided electrical install for the two largest apartment complexes built in Stanislaus County in the past ten years. Citizen has also provided electrical install for many other commercial, apartment, and senior facitlities including Manteca Senior, Tracy Place Senior, the six-story mid rise Villas Amistad, Police Training facilities, Hospital and Medical facilities, multiple Schools, and many more projects with local and out of state contractors.
